Partner FAQs — Everything You Need to Know About Listing Your Car

Answers to the most common questions from car owners considering the Zymo Partner Program.

Earnings & Payouts

How much can I earn from my car?

Earnings depend on your car model, city, and availability. A Maruti Swift earns approximately ₹9,000/month and a Toyota Innova over ₹26,000/month — based on 10 booking days. You keep 75-78% of all booking income.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are made every Monday via bank transfer for all trips completed till the previous Friday. Ensure your bank details are updated in your profile.

What is Zymo's commission?

Zymo charges 22-25% commission on rental charges only. There is zero commission on security deposits, traffic fine recoveries, damage charges, or late return penalties.

Can I set my own rental price?

Yes. You have complete control over hourly rates, daily rates, weekly rates, monthly rates, security deposit amount, and delivery charges.

Safety & Verification

How are customers verified?

Every customer undergoes Aadhaar card and driving license verification before they can book. A security deposit is collected before every trip. You meet the customer during handover.

What if my car gets damaged?

A security deposit covers minor damages. For anything beyond, Zymo has a 48-hour claims process with photographic evidence. Partners submit claims through the dashboard.

Can I decline a booking?

Yes. You approve or decline every booking request. You can also set travel restrictions and mileage limits for your car.

Getting Started

Is it free to list my car?

Can I list more than one car?

Using Your Car

Can I use my car when it's not booked?

Absolutely. Block the dates you need your car in the availability calendar. Your car is only available for booking on dates you allow.
