Step 2 — Compare

For each car, the booking page shows: rental price, security deposit, kilometre cap per day, extra-km charge, fuel policy, pickup model (doorstep / hub / self-service), partner name, and partner-specific policies. Pick the option that fits your trip and budget.

Step 3 — Book and pay

Pay securely via Cashfree (cards, UPI, net banking). Zymo charges zero platform fee — the rental price is the partner's price. The total appears before payment so there are no surprises. You get an instant booking confirmation with the partner's contact and pickup details.

Step 4 — Verify and pick up

Complete the Aadhaar OTP verification step (a link sent to your WhatsApp or email). Pick up the car from the partner's hub or designated zone, OR receive it at your address (if doorstep delivery is enabled). Photograph the car at handover, sign the partner's handover form, collect the keys.
